DIGITAL SIGNAGE A BIG FOCUS AT INFOCOMM 2008 Enterprise buyers and technology managers from educational institutions, companies, and government from around the world will be attending InfoComm 08, a professional audiovisual tradeshow, June 18-20 in Las Vegas, Nev. Conference officials expect more than 32,000 attendees at this year's show.
SENSATIONAL SUCCESS: MORE THAN 165,000 TRADE VISITORS AT LIGHT+BUILDING 2008 The 5th Light+building in Frankfurt am Main closed its doors on 11th April after setting a sensational trade-fair record. More than 165,000 visitors (2006: 135,000) came to the international trade fair for architecture and technology to see the vast range of products and services for the fields of lighting, electrical engineering and house and building automation presented by 2,173 exhibitors.

DIGITAL SIGNAGE DAYS AT VISCOM FRANKFURT 2008 Frankfurt/Düsseldorf. After the huge success of the first Digital Signage Days at the Düsseldorf viscom in 2007, the offer for visitors will be doubled this year. At viscom Frankfurt 2008, which will take place from 30 October to 1 November 2008 at the Frankfurt Exhibition Centre, there will be two Digital Signage Days.

SAMSUNG BEGINS MASS PRODUCING A NEW 1.2M (46’) DIGITAL SIGNAGE PANEL Intent on producing the most innovative technology for digital information displays (DIDs), Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has announced that it has begun mass producing a 1.2m (46in) ‘high bright’ digital signage panel – the brightest LCD panel in the world.
