EMBLEM INTRODUCES NEW SOLVENT MEDIA
Emblem are introducing two new products to its range of solvent medias. These include Solvent Backlit Paper (150 gr.) with matchcode: SOBLP. It comes in 105 cm, 137 cm and 155 cm by 30m sizes on the roll, and Solvent ABSOLUT Blueback Paper (120 gr.). The latter is semi glossy and has a matchcode of SOABB. This media is available in 105cm, 137cm, 155cm, 250cm and 310cm by 30m sizes on the roll.

ABSA has recently taken up position on the M1 Underpass, advertising its accelerated payment options, even when traffic is slow. The advertising which stretches across 34 pillars took two weeks to applicate.

CHARTING 2010 FIFA WORLD CUP ADSPEND GROWTH
Based on initial estimates of an adspend growth of between 12-25% in the period leading up to the 2010 FIFA World Cup, compared to the same period in 2009, Nielsen Media South Africa's MD, Ken McArthur, stated that the highest spend went to television, which rose by 31% from the previous year.
