CLASSIC PHOTOSHOP TUTORIAL: POP ART INSPIRED BY LICHTENSTEIN

By Melissa Evans

Making use of the beady dot effect, you'll be shown how to creat a fantastic looking black and white haltone pattern in this week's tutorial.
