SOUTH AFRICAN CONQUERS TYPOGRAPHIC GAMES COMPETITION

South African Graeme Gauld has won the Conqueror Typographic Games, which ran from 1 November 2011 - April 2012. The challenge of the competition was to create a typographical poster about sports using the phrase 'It's not what you win, but how you conquer it' on one of Conqueror's premium papers.

VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS AFRICA EXPO ORGANISERS STEP UP FOR CHARITY
Practical Publishing, the Visual Communications Africa Expo organisers, handed over R10 000 to Rotary Club of Knights Pendragon and the National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) on 13 September, as part of its 'Step up for charity challenge', in which the company, together with Oasys Exhibitions, Lodge Security, In House Exhibitions, Be Bold Consulting, Maizey Plastics and Roland, pledged one cent for every step taken at the Expo (22-24 August).
