According to Ruchelle Mouton, Marketing Intelligence Manager for Primedia Outdoor, millennials are born into an extremely digitally-driven, socially-networked society and have received the most marketing attention. Yet they take less action in response to adverts than preceding generations. However, according to a Nielsen study, they over-indexed on taking action after seeing an OOH ad, with 58% taking action.

Rail commuters in the City of London can access live news through the use of digital screen portraits. The concept, dubbed City Channel, was launched through JCDecaux.
